This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher on strategic and operational aspects of school leadership. You will have a successful track record in senior leadership, including at deputy head level, and an understanding of higher level leadership appropriate to this role. You will be passionate about educating girls in girls’ schools, a team player with demonstrated capacity, positive mindset and high levels of energy. You will be ambitious to gain opportunities to develop into a strong candidate for headship.
QEGS is a high achieving, oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive converter academy. The school is the North London Hub for the National SCITT for training Mathematics and Physics teachers. As a training hub, we offer excellent CPD opportunities for our own staff, in-house, through external partnership and national programmes.
