Teacher of Design & Technology

MPR/UPR

We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner who is passionate about Design & Technology, particularly in the area of Textiles and would have KS4 & KS5 teaching specialising in this area. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible approach regarding D&T topics being taught at KS3, which may include the possibility of some Food lessons. A "can-do" attitude coupled with a supportive team mentality is essential.

This position would suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a teacher who has taken a break from teaching and is looking to return to the classroom. We are looking for someone who can build on the Textiles element of D&T and help grow A-Level numbers by introducing new ideas and projects, organising exhibitions, and assisting in promoting the department as a whole.
